Root [AT&T] Need a little help

OK so I got an unlocked s4 at&t variant from metro pcs with that custom os bull on it and I'm not able to update it from 4.3 or put a custom recovery on it. Help plzzz I need my cm

Found the stock firmware here http://galaxys4root.com/galaxy-s4-stock-firmware/ and flashed it via Odin
