while i haven't gotten an email, and my Premier account still has it listed as Back-ordered, the above link show's it has been Picked Up by Fedex and gives me the Tracking #.

That is where I have been checking I ordered on the 10th and it is still awaiting shipment.
Here is the last part of my chat. THEY KNOW NOTHING!!!! as usual. The last 2 questions I asked were 4 minuets apart lol.

Weird. Their sites need some synergy. My premier account has an address from 2008 and I've purchased several phones since then and they've been delivered to my new address which shows properly on the regular ATT site.

kcs7272, dont sweat it. you pre-ordered before the 15th so it will DEF be shipped out today. other AT&T employee posters on other boards repeat that all the time. don't listen to the AT&T reps you talk to on the phone.

I hope orders on the 10th get shipped or I am screwed :mad: I can't see there being a problem. It never ceases to amaze me how vague,clueless and otherwise totally disconnected cellular providers are.

Shows shipped! Ordered on Feb 13 2012...a blue one.
 
Gahh...! I had to call AT&T and throw some weight around ( I own a small biz with a 20 line wireless enterprise account and also my family account with 4 smartphones)

But they saw the error of their ways and got mine shipped and my Fedex tracking #. Good thing I called really!
Calling AT&T CS never fails to raise my blood pressure!
 
Well just checked and I know have a Fedex tracking number. Still shows status as in progress and not shipped but that should change soon.
 
AT&T called me back and actually apologized! I take back everything bad I have ever said about them! Not really :)
The problem is that the phones got held up coming into the US and AT&T did not have the time to get them to their own shipping centers. Not a big problem unless you ordered accessories! Because those are not at the same location yet! So that is creating some delays, but they said everyone will still get their phones tomorrow...Not so sure about any accessory orders though.

You think that is bad....try calling BestBuy Mobile! A real bunch of jack**ses over there. I originally ordered from them for the free $50 and case, but ended up canceling because when I called BBY Mobile, and finally got to a live person, I was told they took too many orders and they have no idea when it will ship. Took me 3 calls and almost 2 hours to get the order cancelled. Never again.
