Root [AT&T] remove app from app drawer?

hello everybody,
is there anyway to completely remove an app from app drawer but keep its useability? can i move an app to my EXT SD card and only access the app from navigating through "myfiles" or similar method? basically i want this app completely out of anybody elses hands other than where i know the path to access it.

No, this cannot be done. Apps need to be installed to work and as such will be in your app drawer. You could try an app like AppLock (I've not tried it before). Here is the link to it https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.domobile.applock&hl=en

is it possible to change the icon to replicate another app icon that i already have (i.e. facebook)? and change the name of the app?

There are a few apps on ps that will do this. Try hide app.
