I've searched all over for this and can not find an answer. FYI: I was always an iPhone person. My Note 2 was the first and only Android that I ever rooted.
So I have a ATT Rooted Stock Note 2 running on Straighttalk. Its on 4.2 and I want to upgrade to 4.4.
1) Do I need to go back to stock unrooted and download the ota update and then re-root?
2) Or, can I somehow download the ota update and not install it and then flash it with cwm or odin and just reinstall the latest googleapps and such?
I think I understand the basic concepts of and terminology, I just don't think that I know the proper path to take. Any advice that anyone can give would be much appreciated.
