Root [AT&T] Rooting my GS4 with a mac - need help

Hello...

I was following the steps in this video to root my GS4 using my Mac... (using motochopper)

The problem is that it won't work... I get this error..

[*] Rooting phone...
[+] This may take a few minutes.
[-] Failure.
[*] Cleaning up...
[*] Exploit complete. Press enter to reboot and exit.

Is there something else I need to disable before rooting.. maybe there is an antivirus running in the phone that won't let me root it?..
