Root [AT&T] Tag buddy question

When ever I go to my photo gallery and pull up a picture I get a window telling me about Tag buddy. In the settings I unchecked the Tag buddy box but the window still pops up on each individual pic I pull up. Its kinda ignoying. Is there anywhere in the settings I can stop the window

Yes it is annoying happens on my note 2 also

Can anyone help me with this I still haven't been able to figure it out. This is what pops up every time I pull up a picture.

If I go into menu within the gallery app and click on Tag Buddy I have the option to change it from on to off.
