Root [AT&T] texting issues. need help please

I just switched to a galaxy s4 yesIterday from an iPhone 5 and for some reason I'm not able to recieve texts from my friends that have iPhones can't text me. They say it keeps sending the texts as imessage. I have an ipad but I disabled imessage on there. So I have no clue what to do and I really need some help

Hello and welcome to the forums I see your having problems with your android device . are you rooted running any ROMs or custom ROMs . how old is the device

I just got my galaxy yesterday and I'm not rooted to any roms

Now did you call to see if they can reset your account and send you the SMS MMS settings with a text

You may want to call them this maybe a funny question but did u make sure your data box is checked and u are getting full data
