AT&T users having trouble getting the 4G HSPA+ plan...look here

Humm, Ill have to give this a try, since my speeds have been limited to exactly 7mbps even at like 3am, which makes me believe I am being throttled to that speed by some of AT&T's systems.

Bah, I read this post at 9:59pm my time, by the time I called in, the tech support was closed.
