Pushed to my Esteem, but speed tests show it's slow. Hopefully Metro will finish covering their CDMA map with LTE signal and I'll never see anything other than the "4G" symbol again.

You are misinformed....some cities have been getting 3G for quite a while now. Take the time to research things before you make a statement like that.

Sure about that? Because 1xRtt IS REAL 3G.

Also Metro has rolled out EvDo 3g

I've been EVDO rev A around Atlanta on my Evo with 3025 PRL but its spotty. Seemed really consistent in Norcross area. When I activated my new Esteem a few days ago it put the 3026 PRL on it and I've had 4g or 3g everywhere I've been.
