goto phonearea.com compare the 2 devices to see which one you like better.... my personal preferences I would go with the Atrix I think it's a better device then the other one that's just my person preferences.

The Atrix, no question. The only thing the Nexus S has going for it is that it gets updates to the OS as soon as they are available, rather than having to wait for the carrier to modify it to their own specs. Other than that, the Atrix beats the Nexus S in every way.
