Atrix 4G to HDMI Question...

I just got my Atrix 3 das ago... LOVE IT....

I noticed that I can only plug my Atrix to my HDTV with the HDMI cable and get access to my Music, Videos, and Pictures. Is there an app or setting for me to STREAM youtube directly to my HDTV with the HDMI CABLE?!?!?!?!?!

That would be a cool PLUS!

I moved your thread to the Motorola Atrix 4G forum where more folks with your phone would be able to see the issue and hopefully reply.

Have you tried plugging in the USB wall charger, at the same time as the HDMI cable. I believe you will get the option to use webtop mode, if you do it this way. Let us know if it works.

Long answer short, no.

However if you root the phone then do the webtopmod hack, then yes.

But just plugging in both cables, if the phone is stock, will not bring up that option.
