Help Atrix can't connect to Media Link

Okay, I installed the latest Motorola Media link...
I plug in my ATRIX, then on the device, "pull-down" allert tab, it says USB connection... I tap it, and select "Motorola Phone Portal"
The Motorola Media Link automatically launches, then it some how can't find the device... it also tells me to unlock (pin) it, when I already have... after several seconds, when I go to the device's "pull-down" alert tab, it says that I'm connected to USB when I tapped Motorola Phone Portal earlier... help would be great... TY

Try doing work in media link then sync op. If this doesn't work go to Motorola site choose live chat.
You get to chat and they have helped me more than the forum because I get instant answers.

Alright, I FIXED IT!!!

The problem was that MediaLink couldn't connect to my ATRIX (for some reason)...
The solution was that my antivirus was on... when I turned it off, I was able to connect with no problem...
