The build quality is pretty good for a cheap case. It's not flimsy and it looks like it will provide a snug fit. The seller was in Hong Kong but he has excellent feedback + free shipping.

Thanks shawn for the feedback on your case. I'm wondering if the Otterbox Impact case will be "good enough" to protect the phone? I normally just leave the phone in my pocket and usually very careful about not dropping it.

What is the difference between the Impact and Commuter Otterbox cases?
 
anybody considering a belt clip either holster clip or leather case?

any good recommendations out there?

I believe the Impact is more of a rubberized shell, whereas the Commuter has a plastic shell in addition to the rubberized.

I was leaning towards the Defender, but that might be overkill for this phone. Although I have young kids...one of which dropped my Ipod touch and cracked its screen.
 
As far as screen protectors I went with this one for only $4. Thicker grade than the cheaper ones. My wife likes the one on her iPhone. Protects against rusty nails ;)

I purchased a cheap leather case that is pretty generic that I will have for just when I get the phone. I currently have a leather case with a belt clip for my Tilt, so I wanted to stick with something that was familiar.

I have a 25% off coupon from ATT that I was going to use to go to the store to look about getting one of the Otterbox Defenders. I work on construction sites from time to time, and I just want to make sure dusk and crap doesn't get to the phone much; that's usually why I use a leather case because it surrounds the phone entirely as I work in some nasty places.

Here is the leather case I bought, it's meh, but it's cheap:

I also like the vertical holders because they take up less room on my belt, and for some reason I think the horizontal ones are pretentious. lol
 
Just got the Otterbox Defender and speck candyshell for the Atrix today. The otterbox defender catches lint like crazy and the speck still has the same problem as the iphone 4 candyshell with the flaking effect. Probably gonna return both of them tomorrow seeing neither suits my taste with the problems that bothers me.

I'm wondering if the Commuter case is the same way. I just ordered if from Amazon and can't cancel my order. How bad is the lint and I thought the outside was the hard plastic shell which shouldn't catch lint at all.

The material of the Seidio and Incipio cases aren't such lint magnets (one reason I chose the for our current phones). Hopefully, Seidio (and I believe Incipo has ) releases case(s) for he Atrix.

They will, I keep checking their website to see if they have it listed but as of now still nothing.
 
I'm mad that power support doesn't make screen protectors for android devices, hands down BEST screen protectors on the market. Period.
