Howdy all, Been reading this sight for a long time now, thanks for all the info!
I am running Android 2.2.2 and for networking reasons do not really wish to update at this time unless needed.
And now for my problem. often the CPU ! warning will show up on the top bar saying anywhere from 67% to 98%. I understand the phone, I make sure that I am not running 50 programs at once. This happens when i am running 1 maybe 2 non basic apps at once.
I have stressed this phone out in the past and seen the CPU warning with 4 or 5 large apps running. but as of late it seems to show up even if i am reading from the msnbc app. At which point i will check to see which other apps are running and attempt to turn them off. but its never running anything demanding of the CPU. The phone still runs fine, no lag or freezing of any kind.
I guess my question is, is this a symptom of the 2.2.2 OS, or is the CPU dying, or am i just going crazy? Its 11 months old so if its an issue that comes under warranty id like to get it in asap.
Any advice would be great, if im missing some key info just let me know, I will check back and update if needed.

I will download GB soon and see if that fixes it.
