Atrix DEALS thread!

I got an iphone for a week and a half ago. Think I can return it and get my upgrade put back on immediately then go to walmart to get this for $129?
 
Anyone have problems with the amazonwireless page? When I enter my zip code for an upgrade, it says the atrix is not available. I tried several zip codes in my state (MN) and it is not available for any of them.

I click view all phones for this area, and then select ATT and no phones for ATT are available...

Try with 75038 & add in cart..
Not sure if system will also check billing zip code also while doing final checkout..
 
I went to Costco today, I'm from CA, and saw the price at $119 after discount from $149 with new activation or upgrade. $149 add a line. I asked the rep about the tax and he said they'll tax the $149 price rather than retail. Shipment comes in Thursday or Friday so I will try to get one and hope the tax thing is right.

Yes, just make sure they use the correct code at the store to return it so you have no contract. Ask them 15 times to be sure, heh.
 
do these lets talk, costco, amazon, etc. deals simply extend your contract for 2 years or do you have to be eligible for an upgrade?

I bought mine from Radio Shack yesterday as an upgrade and got it for the $150 price w/ 2 year contract extension. There is an activation fee (shows up on the next month's bill). Since I'm in NY, they added sales tax on only the price I paid.

yes, they will take it back up to 90 day..
But if you return between 30 & 90 days then you will get back what you paid for the phone ($150 or so).. Later If you want to buy new phone on AT&T then you have to pay full price for phone..
So basically if you want to return phone then return in 30 days!
 
Anyone know if Michigan charges tax (6%) on the unsubsidized amount or just on what you pay? I couldn't find a reliable list of states that have this policy other than CA.

First Smartphone, and very excited. Purchased at a Fredericksburg VA Costco for $120. That was upgrade price. New Contracts are the same deal. Best I could find anywhere. Now off to learn how to use my phone.
 
Hey guys, I have a friend who has been with ATT forever. He currently has unlimited data with his plan, if he were to upgrade his phone to Atrix, can he gets grandfathered in? Or does he have to start with the non-unlimited data plan?

Congrats man! I'm trying to get mine from costco too but don't know which got them yet. Did your costco get them in today?
