Help Atrix reboot issues!

I have the same issue. I thing that is a hardware issue. My work around is install the aplication "wake lock" and set the option PARTIAL_WAKE_LOCK and no more reboot and screen lock freeze...
Right now the problem I have is with the battery consumption. But I can live with this.
 
Ok Here is what I did after phone rebooted 2 dozen times this last weekend!! I rooted it(instruction from several android sites are out there). Then unlocked bootloader(instructions for this also on several android sites) I then hard reset it and bingo not a reboot Monday morning!! Good Luck
