ATT data plan only for the Note

It's confusing to me which no commitment data plan only I can get for the Note on ATT to get the fastest speed. Can anyone clarify? Can I get the 4G plan?
 
why would you want the 4g plan for international version of galaxy note? until a LTE version come out, 4g plan is of no use since international version of galaxy note doesn't have LTE radio, right?
