ATT N2 capacitive or physical button?

Hey folks, first post here. I kinda like the capactive buttons on my O/N it has a clean look. I've search everywhere, and can't find sny info on this. Anyone have any info. TIA

I'm pretty sure it ended up being standard across all carriers/continents with the home button being physical like they did with the GS3.
 
WoW JunBringer all the picures I've seen of the att gs3, and never noticed it.....wow. I guess their is some advantages to the physical button. Thanks
