Attaching Pics to Email - Always Large

Hello,

How do I go back to when I would be asked which size photo I wanted to attach to my email?

Somehow I changed something and it automatically attached the pics at full (large) size which is not always what I want.

I think the option is in applications but I can't find it.

Please help.

For the stock Mail app: Mail -> Settings -> General Settings -> Default Image Size
