Audio Equalizer

I know this is an ongoing issue with Samsung phones but has anyone found a way of equalizing the audio on the S4 Active? I don't want to compensate for my ears or headphones like "Adapt Sound" attempts to. I just want to add a little highs and lows on some things I listen to like Pandora or mp3's. Why is this impossible?

Well, I finally found one that works but your phone needs to be rooted. It's
Viper4Android Audio Effects. It works with every music app I've tried, including the Samsung app. There are instructions here.

Why not just get power amp or some player like that?

I want it to work with Pandora, ES Explorer and any other app that plays music. So far Viper is working great.

By now everyone should have the latest update from AT&T but I'm posting this just in case. If you try to update and it fails, you need to restore your original build.prop file.
