Audio Level

Hi. Is there anyway to adjust the audio level out of the Captivate? When I hooked it up to my car stereo to play Pandora, I had to max out the volume on the car stereo just to be able to hear it. I don't listen to music at outrageous levels. If I listen to a CD or the radio, the volume level is between 10 and 25. With the Captivate it is 40 and still not as loud as the radio.

if you are hooking it up via the headphone jack you can adjust the volume on the phone

if your radio has a USB hook up....im not sure, but you should be able to control volume the same way

Yea, when you're in Music Player or Video Player, etc, the volume up/down keys control media volume. If you're playing music then get out of the app, the up/down may not control it. I always suggest using the app Quick Settings to control individual volume levels from one place.
