Help Audio Problem... hoping it can be fixed

Well have a week old nexus 4 that is really great... recently a minor problem has occurred...

My phones media audio does not work... YouTube, Netflix, music, etc. This is minor because I use a Bluetooth headset daily and all of the above work my headset...

I have another problem which I believe is related, and that is my phone call audio... When I'm in a call I cannot hear anything unless on speaker... Again minor because my headset is my primary source of my phones audio...

I am hoping there is known fix before I have to take a chance with Google and possibly getting a worse lemon...

Also my volume rocker is backwards... top button turns down and bottom turns up

Wow you do have some strange issues, usually its one issue but you have a few. There is hope though since its having multiple issues, especially the volume backwards thing, the issue should be fixable.

Speaker works fine... I can hold a conversation with it if I decided to do so... And factory reset was the first thing I did before getting on forums... I also thought it was software issue...

One thing that is weird... when I'm in a call on speaker... My phone media will work fine... I can hear a YouTube on speaker as long as I'm in a call... very weird...

Sorry to hear you are having issues... I would have suggested a factory reset myself. How long have you had the phone? It may be worth contacting Google to see if they will repair/replace it.
