Had this in Andyx alot and it was mentioned this could be a bug related to the vibrate feature. Any other opinions?

Semi answering my question I've read its related to notification sounds but it seems odd i never saw this during gb.

Its been there since day one of ICS.
You need to turn off keyboard and lockscreen sounds to get rid of (or at least reduce) it, but i you will get the wakelock each time the speaker plays anything.

Might go without saying, but playing music through your earphones also causes this

you can have notification tones on, just the dial pad tones, touch sounds, screen lock sound and vibrate on touch need to be turned off.
