Austostart Apps

Been looking around and tried a few apps but can't really find anything that autostarts apps after booting, I would like things like Shootme to autostart

System sends BOOT_COMPLETED after start and just the applications, which have BOOT_COMPLETED permissions granted can autostart, so there's not some kind of 'startup' folder like on WM.
If you have rooted phone, you can use:
Autostart (Root) v1.0 Application for Android | Tools
