Root Authorization Request?

[crackers8199]

since i rooted my phone and removed some apps, once in a while i'll get a notification that says something about an "authorization request" but i accidentally just cleared it before pressing on it, so i'm not sure what it's for.

any idea what this might be? the icon is a little triangle with an exclamation point in the middle...

i've seen it pop up twice but both times i cleared it before getting a chance to see what it was...

here's a screenshot, btw...it came up again the other day.

i'm only getting it once or twice a week...everything seems to be running OK, it's just annoying.

I got that once after flashing, but game permission to the apps. I think there must be a permissions file that gets removed during the flash causing the phone to prompt for permission again.

I don't recall if I had to do this when I first setup the stock phone.
