Auto save MMS pictures to SD?

I wanted to see if there were any apps, besides the "Autosave MMS" app that isn't free, to automatically download all the MMS pictures I get to my SD card? I often change ROMs and wipe data so I lose the MMS pictures unless I manually save them to SD. Any ideas?
