Help Auto scrolling issue

[phishbon3s]

Recently my Droid has been having scrolling issues. When I open any internet page, email page, even settings menu (basically any page that can be scrolled) my phone will automatically scroll (fast scroll) down to the bottom of the page. If I try to scroll up, the page scrolls down as soon as I lift my finger. It will even sometimes highlight the words as it scrolls.

Anyone know what I can do? Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like a bad digitizer....Not sure what to do that won't entail spending almost as much money to fix it as it would cost to get a new phone...

Actually, first check and see if the D-Pad on the physical keyboard is stuck in the down position....
