Auto Silences Itself eeerrrr

So my Droid has decided to randomly start silencing itself. I can't figure out why and when I called VZW they had me do a hard reset...this did not solve the problem. I have apps Audio Manager and Screen Lock...I'm not sure if either of those could be a problem. I also use beautiful widget toggles. I have looked at the settings and that doesn't seem to be the problem. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreacited....it is driving me nuts!!! Thanks

Don't know why it is doing it but ringguard in the market will keep it from changing unless you give it permission

Thanks...I DL and it does work. But the phone is still trying to silence itself...guess ill b chatting or visiting VZW tomm but the app will help in the mean time. =)
