Root AUTO up date rooted?

rooted running uncommonsense 1.0
So i got a message about a system up date. that said it was to up date VZ apps and slacker along with some bug fixes. it how ever was to low on power( about 40%) it need to be plugged in. when i finally plugged it in it sat at rebooting now... in defiantly. so i manually re started it. and have seen nothing of an up date.

I told mine to update when I go the nag and come back later to the same phone no updates
