Root Autokiller

Simple thread with a simple question(s).

What are the recommended settings for autokiller for the Incredible? Does it even really help if you're using froyo and have access to all 512mb of ram?


Edit: Well, I just found an answer to the second question. I didn't realize the "free" memory is immediately used up by cache. More free memory = larger cache.

So, that said, I would still like to know what the "recommended settings" would be.

Well, for what it's worth I've been playing around with it and seem to be getting better performance. It's tough to tell since there are so many variables, though. I also recently switched to CM6 RC3, so that could be the difference.

I did notice that launcherpro is MUCH smoother when I bumped up to a more aggressive preset. I'm sure this has something to do with launcherpro caching home pages.
