Help automatic restarting plus pro task killer

Ihave pro task killer i noticed everyone seems to have atk. What's the difference? Also my phone has been restarting a bit on its own regaurdless of battery life and saw that some ofhter people were expeirencing this too and sounded like only solution was a replacement which is fine but i just wanted to find out if there was any other way to fix it.

I bet if you take off the task killer or don't allow it to auto kill you wont have to replace your phone

i turned off my auto killer, but it still happens. for me it only happens when I plug in the usb cable and its already attached to my usb port/wall charger. if I plug in the usb cord by itself before I plug the cord into my pc/wall/car charger it seems to not happen..

i dont know what the deal is.

edit: actually plugging in the cord seperately like that doesnt seem to help at all. forget what i said lol
