Help Automatic Speakerphone

I am having a really annoying issue right now.
Whenever I make a phonecall or receive a phone call, my Nexus S defaults to speakerphone.

This is particularly nasty on an incoming call because the screen locks and I have to hit the unlock screen button which ends the call.

Is anybody else having this issue?

Are you using GoSMS for your texting - if so this is an issue that I and others have encountered and seems to be resolved with the most current GoSMS update..
