Help Automatic switch to silent mode

Hi, I really need a help. My android (Samsung Galaxy Note) automatically went to silent mode WITHOUT I'm doing anything . I read through the forum but could not find the answer.

Please advise me if anybody has a similar issue and how to resolve it.
