Help Automatic Text Response

[Mays24]

I am using a couple different phones right now for personal and work. Can I set a response on the Droid X in Handcent that automatically sends a text to someone who just texted me giving them my new business phone number?

Not that I have it, but I'd wager Tasker could do that

I looked thru all the settings in Handcent and I don't believe it is currently a feature in their application. I did send an email to the dev asking for this feature in future releases.

There are various Auto responder apps in the Market. I haven't used any but a quick search looks like Auto SMS may be one of the better ones (higher rated).

Thanks. That was the same app I found. Already have tried it out. It works great.
