not very easily, im afraid.. it doestn do this automatically, not touchwiz launcher at least.. u could try another launcher, golauncher/launcher pro etc, im sure they have this feature..
but if u wanna stick with touchwiz, there's a trick someone posted a while back:
go to settings/applications/manage applications/all, scroll down to twlauncher, select it and clear data
before u do this, make sure u note ur homescreens layout.. coz clearing data will reset all ur homescreens. bit of a pain in the neck, yeah.. but after that, ur existing apps will be sorted in alphabetical order, after the preinstalled ones.. although new apps are still added at the end, so u need to manually drag em to alphabetical position manually if u wanna maintain it
AppZorter created spaces in my application pages, didnt work well at all for me, which is why i didnt recommend it, but i guess u could all try it out n see if it works better for u
When appzorter makes gaps you need to reset the app in the settings.
AppZorter>Settings>Advanced Settings and then press "Recover Application menu...It should reset the App and then you can sort you apps in alphabetical order. I had to do this after flashing my phone.
I realize this might be an "old" thread, but I just found it on May 1, '12. I've been frustrated with all kinds of ways and suggestions to supposedly sort the Apps folder. AppZorted's latest version worked like a charm with NO glitches on my SGSIIS. THANK you!
