Help Autorun Apps

Hey guys, i got my S2 this week and i notice on Advanced Task Killer that some programs get started randomly sometimes, like Skype, Game Hub, or some game, even if i didn't open the app and it gets the battery off. Is it normal or there's an app or config to make to prevent some apps to get started?

I personally use Advance task killer and I'm very happy. Check all settings (I have it on autostart, auto kill level -aggressive, auto kill frequency 30min + security level - high). there is a program that stops skype it is called "stop skype" from the market. U just press it and finish. everything else stops from the advanced task killer.
I also use an application called "fast reboot" which is amazing (basically it closes everything on ur phone and starts it all again) which free up ram space in literally 2 seconds .
