Autostart programs?

I know there are a bunch of startup killers, but what if I wanted to run a program on startup?
There are a few that dont have services that will allow it to autostart, and i always forget to do it. Is there a way to make a program autostart on boot?

You might be able to do that with the Tasker app.

You know I own that, and i never use it
Thats actully a good point though, Ill just use Phone Weaver to autorun it on the day profile. Bam!
