Available languages for personalized recognition

Hi! I live in Brazil and speak Portuguese. I use speech recognition for I am quadriplegic. But I don't have available the option of personalized recognition in the input settings. I assume it's because it's not available in my country and /or my language. Is it correct? Is there another way to improve the accuracy of the service? Is there the intention of adding support for other languages? Thanks.

Thanks LiBit! I have two devices in use. The most important is a Galaxy Note 10.1 and the other is a Galaxy Grand Duos (yes, I love Samsung devices). Both are running Android Jelly Bean 4.1, which is the most recent available for me at the moment. Both have also the most recent Google Search and Google Now apps.
