Help Available memory issues

My HTC evo 4g used to have over 209M of available memory after using the task killer. Now it only shows less than 50M, how do I get this number back over 200 or as close as i can to it?
 
Even though I like task killers. You can not manage memory with them, only shut down battery sucking apps. If you are looking at memory usage, root the phone. But understand that rooting has it own problems.
