Where can I find the apps or shortcut that gives these use statistics?

Settings -> About phone -> Battery

Then press the line that says "Battery Usage", I believe (my phone just had an issue, but I know it's definitely there somewhere, lol)

EDIT: Ok, the line says "Battery use". Press that, and you'll see a graph at the top of the page. Press the graph, and you get the larger version from your screenshot.
