Found a cool app, rom toolbox. Its on the android market check it out. You can change icons, fonts (be careful with this one, I got a boot lapse because I changed the wrong ones, only use the selected fonts to chamge), boot animations, etc. There's a ton of stuff in there. Also there is a free and donate version. Suggest getting the donate version, way more options.
