Help Back Button Issue

I am trying to duplicate this issue and was wondering if anyone else had this issue. Sometimes when just moving around the phone if I push the back button to exit a program the light shuts off for the back button. the phone is frozen to the point where other dock buttons (ie. home, search) are useless. Has anyone else had this issue?

most of the time when that happens it's cuz I hit the lock button by mistake

I'm getting the same issue intermittently. if I turn the screen off and back on it seems to fix itself. very weird and annoying.

I'm now getting an issue with the home button. when I press it within an app, the recent apps screen comes up and the home button won't function. I have to turn the screen off then back on for it to work again. anyone else experiencing this?
