Back capacitive button

I know this has been a problem in terms of responsiveness. This Back capacitive button sometimes needs to be tapped more than once for it to respond. I exchanged the phone once but it's still the same.

Anyone hear any solution to this issue? and does anyone NOT have a problem with this back button?

i've not had problems with it where it warrants a return or complain. 98% of the times, it works on first tap. other 2% is because the device is processing other actions, so it lags a bit after the first tap which i sometime forget and multi-taps, which then leads to more actions added to the processing queue.

My first one had issues with the menu button. Fixed it by exchanging it

I took the phone back.

My wife is on her third. First one had an unresponsive home button. Second one had an unresponsive back button. As stated above, the cure is to return the phone and get one that works.

I just exchanged my Epic for the third time. This one is much better than the other two.

My back button has to be pushed a few times sometimes. Does walmart take phones back after 30 fatus.
