Help back key

Hi there, I am not technically minded..at all but, I have a note 3 and so far its been great, For the last few weeks it automatically uses S voice, even though ive got that function turned off....so it searches at random for bits of conversations i have...last night a new problem started.

Now it seems the back key is booting S finder constantly...i cant even make a call because the s finder page just comes up....also other random stuff, kind of like each app i am looking at has the settings for it opened automatically....In short it seems something is goosed with the back key...

it vibrates constanly.
The S pen works but wont allow me to use the air gesture and the back key doesnt recognise it...ive changed the nib
if i press on the key with my finger it goes back to the home page but seconds later it vibrates and goes back to S finder
I have tried resoring it and the problem stays the same.
Any clues???

First thing that comes to my mind is water damage or a drop of some sort.
Have you exposed it to any sort of liquid, rain or the like, or has it been dropped?
You say you have restored it, is that a factory reset?

Hi...its never been dropped in water but it did get really wet a week ago in my pocket when I got caught in heavy rain....If that's caused the problem will it be fixable? ....I did a factory reset...thanks
