I've been having a problem with the back/menu keys not working when phone is charging, sometimes even when not charging but a reboot fixes it when not charging, they will not work if its plug-in. Stock z3 rooted
Why haven't you updated? I would suggest that first. If you have a custom recovery you'll need to use the ROM here, otherwise, just let it OTA update and reroot.
