Back to Square One

I'm sure all I need is a point to the right thread, but here goes:

I recently made the switch to the Thunderbolt from the OG Droid, the latter of which I am now giving to a friend (have to expand the android community). I was running CM6 on it, rooted using Cyanogenmod's walkthrough. My question is: How do I make it so that this thing is back to out of the box settings, no root, no evidence it had ever been used (aside from all the scratches and scuffs on the outside)?
