Help Back to Stock and saved games

Quick question: if I sbf back to stock before I install my first ROM (yes, I know I don't have to, but I figure I may as well start clean), when I re-download some of my games and sign back in, will my saved games simply pop back up? It doesn't look as if Words With Friends, for example, saves games to the SD card. Am I basically deleting all of those saved states?
 
Before you do that -- get Titanium Backup. Your backed up app data *should* be saved to your SD card, then once you start clean -- you can just restore app data and it *should* be there.

Anyone else feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I wasn't sure if TB would save the saved states of my games as well, which is why I was questioning.
