Root Back to stock Rom?

Is there a way to put the stock blur OS back on after its removed??
I have fission rom installed, but the new gingerbread update looks to fix alot of the blur issues

Here is a good guide, the maderstcok part is about 1/3 down the page. Read through that little section before doing it. It's pretty easy, I did it last night, but there is a part "
Formatting Data and Cache is optional" that is listed after the instruction to actually run maderstcok. I did it just like the instructions last night then noticed I maybe should have done the "Formatting Data and Cache is optional" part before actually running the maderstcok zip.

My phone bootlooped but would have been fine if I had run did the formats first. Sounds harder than it is, most things with root do.
