Root Back to Stock... Which SBF?

I'm trying to get back to Stock. I want to give my phone to my grandma for Christmas because she's been drooling over it for months. I have CM7 on it but I don't know which SBF to use to get back to Stock.

I'd also like to unroot -- how would I even go about doing such a (worthless) thing?

and then...

Android 2.2.1 System Version 2.3.340 Full (VRZ_MB810_2.3.34_1FF_01)

This is the latest (last) stock Froyo .sbf. You can OTA from that to stock Gingerbread. The other two .sbf files I believe are also Gingerbread. I'M NOT SURE...Almost all the guys in here know more than I do. Doing a stock .sbf will kill the the root. (unroot)

Come on guys, help him out!

That sounds correct Indrid! :) I think I remember getting on .340 to flash over to CM7.

Can I get a second confirmation from anyone so I don't brick this puppy? haha.
