So there's not too much out there on it, but do I basically load the spf recovery file in RSD, then just load on one of the forced updates for android 2.2? Also, I saw something but can't find it again on remaining icons, such as the superuser icon, do I have to delete that one before going back unrooted, or will it take care of itself?

I actually found the file to go back to FRG22D in another thread, but my question about deleting the superuser app, do I need to do this still, or will it take care of itself, it does not say anything about it in the write-up.
